What does “Impossible” mean when I ask for a coupon? (Action Required)
Impossible note appears in 2 situations.
Situation No. 1: You have opened a Coupon, but you didn’t mark the code as working/not working.
What can you do about it?
Check “My coupons” or “Seller’s offers” tabs, and look for “Action required” note.
Click on “Show Coupon” and add the order # from Amazon if the coupon worked, or, mark the coupon as not working, and choose the error from the drop-down menu.
