In case you have been notified by Amazon that your order has been canceled, the package lost, or any other reason why your item didn’t arrive, contact our support team with a screenshot of the message from Amazon and forward the message to [email protected] together with the email address you have registered with.
Once we get the screenshot / forward message we will note that on your account and you will not be obligated to review the item.
You can contact the seller on Amazon and explain the situation, the decision to send a new item is the seller’s decision.
